Important Information for Customers with Pre-existing Medical Conditions

We like to provide cover for as many of our clients as possible. Regrettably, that is not always the case for clients with serious pre-existing conditions (PEMCs) where in some cases cover may not be available, or where offered, there may be exclusions applied. The Financial Conduct Authority, in conjunction with Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) has launched the travel insurance directory on its Money Advice Service website which can be accessed here: https://traveldirectory.moneyadviceservice.org.uk/en 

The ‘Medical Cover Firm Directory’, which is a publicly available directory only lists firms that provide, or arrange, travel insurance policies that cover more serious medical conditions. The directory will also show you enough information about each firm listed so you can make an informed initial choice about which provider might meet your needs.
